Overview

WAPPACK operates WAPPACK Creator Intelligence, an internal read-only reporting tool for the authorized NikkiMau5 YouTube channel. This policy describes the tool's handling of information obtained through Google and YouTube APIs.

Information accessed

With authorization, the tool requests the Google OAuth scopes youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly. It accesses YouTube channel and video identifiers, titles, publishing details, public engagement information, and available channel or video analytics such as views, watch time, and subscriber changes.

Purpose and use

Data is used for internal performance reporting, content analysis, and publishing-experiment evaluation. The tool does not request YouTube write permissions and does not upload, modify, or delete YouTube content.

Storage and access

Authorized reports are generated by a private GitHub Actions workflow. Generated workflow artifacts are configured for 30-day retention. Access to the workflow and reports is limited through repository permissions. Google OAuth credentials are stored as GitHub Actions secrets rather than in public pages. Additional storage or integrations, if introduced, will require this policy to be reviewed and updated.

Sharing

WAPPACK does not sell YouTube API data. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the tool, including Google/YouTube and GitHub, subject to their applicable terms and security controls.

Revoking access and deletion requests

The authorized Google account owner can revoke application access at Google Account permissions. For questions about retained reports or to request deletion of information held by this tool, contact hello@wappack.com. Revoking Google access stops future authorized API retrieval but does not automatically remove reports previously generated.

Google and YouTube

The tool uses YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
